Chris Daugherty
Chris brings over 30 years of construction, design and entrepreneurial experience to the leadership of CD5. Chris has been a builder in 5 states and internationally in Japan.
With a construction resume including single family custom homes, multifamily housing, commercial and light industrial and light medical, Chris also brings experience in architectural hardware consulting, kitchen and bath design, custom cabinet design and truss manufacturing. He is certified as a Mouser custom cabinet designer and Miteck engineering software.
Chris studied Business Management/Marketing at Tri-State University in northern Indiana. He has been an active coach and mentor to many through basketball and High Hoops. When he is not building with CD5 he can be found with family, friends and cheering on Michigan University…Go Blue!
Candis Daugherty
Candis’ passion for serving others, coupled with her extensive sales and marketing background, brings a client-centered approach to CD5 with the goal of exceptional customer service at the heart of every project.
Cade Daugherty
Cade’s years of playing competitive sports and functioning as a captain on the court and field allow him the flexibility to be an all-around team player for CD5. He also serves as an assistant to sales.
Carson Daugherty
Carson couples his interest in building along with his entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic to deliver project support and oversight. His background in competitive sports also serves to round out the CD5 team.
